Airsoft Weapons

Airsoft weapons are replicas of real weapons and fire plastic projectiles in 6 mm BB caliber.

In Germany, the following regulations apply to airsoft weapons according to the manufacturers:

Category 1: no age restriction - Airsofts with a maximum energy of 0.08 joules with "CE" marking.
Category 2: from 14 years - Airsoft with a maximum energy of 0.5 joules
Category 3: from 18 years - Airsoft with an energy up to max. 7.5 joules.

These are subject to the Weapons Act and bear the "F" mark in a pentagon.

We offer a large selection of airsoft weapons, accessories and ammunition at favorable prices, but only supply Category 2 and 3 airsofts to persons over the age of 18.

Please note that any aiming aids or flashlights shown on the packaging are not included in the scope of delivery. Attaching such illuminating devices is prohibited in Germany.
Even preparing and possessing such devices can lead to legal consequences.

Information obligation when buying gas & signal weapons

The acquisition and possession of gas and signal weapons that comply with the approved design according to § 8 Beschussgesetz (Proofing Act) and bear a PTB approval mark remain free of permits from the age of 18.
According to § 10 para. 4 sentence i.V.m. Annex 2 Section 2 Subsection 3 No. 2 and 2.1 WaffG-neu (new Weapons Act), carrying gas and signal weapons outside one's own home and one's own fenced property is only permitted with a small weapons license.
The small weapons license is issued by the locally responsible weapons authority upon application, if the applicant is reliable and personally suitable.
Anyone who only wants to handle gas and signal weapons in their own home, business premises or their own fenced property does not need a permit.
A permit is also not required for those who transport the weapon from one place to another in a non-ready-to-fire and non-accessible state.
