Do you want to return an item? No problem!
In case you want to return one or more items to us, a return form is included in your package. To ensure a smooth return, we need this return form filled out. This is the only way we can match the returned items to you and arrange a refund as quickly as possible.
You can return the delivered goods within the 14-day return and withdrawal period. If the shipment is within Germany, the Fyos-Gear-Shop covers the costs, and a return label will automatically be included in your package.
HOW LONG DOES MY REFUND TAKE?
Normally, a refund takes approx. 3 - 6 business days.
- You send your package: 1 - 2 business days
- The return is processed by us: 1 - 2 business days
- The refund is initiated: 1 - 2 business days
HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?
- Completely fill out the enclosed return form, check the box for X Refund and enter your bank details there. If paying via PayPal or credit card, the respective amount will be automatically refunded to the corresponding account.
If paying by invoice, deduct the amount of the returned items from the total amount and transfer it within 14 days from the invoice date.
- Pack the items, place the return form in the package, and send it back to the fyos-gear-shop.
- As soon as the return is received by us, it will be processed immediately and the corresponding amount will be transferred by us to the account you provided. Normally, this takes approx. 3 - 6 business days (processing and transfer time).
